Did you help?

The politicians are supposed to be advocates for not only constituents, not only taxpayers, but all citizens. The poor, the children, the old who are struggling need the protection of our elected officials. But these people seem to feel that their position is made to order to help special interests and those who are willing to pay for influence. They forget that they have a sacred trust bestowed on them to help those who are in need and in letting people suffer they are revealing their own moral failings.

If you don’t act when you have the chance and let people suffer, you can not call yourself a human being. There is no soul in you.

About tjmcfee

Freelance writer. Activist on homeless issues. 48 years old. I write about subjects that need to be examined closely and thoughtfully. The idea for Brain Sections came from reading a book about abandoned asylums. I wanted to set a suspense story in that setting. The inclusion of crazed scientists turning homeless people into zombies is what makes the story unique. View all posts by tjmcfee
